Face your fears - challenges seem scary but your fears are usually exagerated. Facing your fears increases your confidence and boosts your esteem. Forget your failures - learn from them. Avoid making the same mistakes again but don't limit yourself by assuming you failed before so you can't succeed this time. Try again, you're wiser and stronger. Don't be trapped in the past!

There is life and then there's death. In between you will face many challenges some harder than others.
What I have found out that works for me is that I realize, I am not exempt from any issue of life, anything can happen!
But the key is how to deal with the adversities that you may face!
For me I take a deep breath and I check out my surroundings and if I want I scream, I cry, I throw things, I kick and I say words like #%&! (You get the point)
I pick myself up and move forward! Moving forward helps move toward the expiration of the problem, standing still keeps me in the moment.
Life challenges grow characters, strength and determination! It is up to you how you face the issue in your life. You can continue to let life take a hold of you or you can take a hold of life!
You choose but remember everything has expiration walk toward it!

I use to face a white wall everyday at work, but one day I decided to make it special to me. I made it my “Inspiration Wall”. The card is my 2010 graduation card to remind me to keep working on my master classes, the book reminds me to keep writing, Dr Pinkett won Donald Trump's show The Apprentice and is a millionaire reminds me I can do all things through Christ, The certificate is a quote from Frank Outlaw reminding me to watch what I say.
Everyday I'm reminded to do something for me and my dreams.
So I challenge you to make a wall of inspiration to inspire you everyday to work towards your dreams!
Send me a picture of your wall to robertaespeight@yahoo.com in jpeg and I will post your pictures to inspire others!
